The country has successively issued industry standards such as MT147.87, MT147-92, MT147-95, and MT914-2002, and implemented three certificates (inspection certificate, safety mark permit and production license) management for flame retardant conveyor belts to ensure the safety of underground conveyor belts in coal mines.
Mining flame retardant conveyor belt, also known as integral core conveyor belt, is made of integral core after impregnation and plasticization or vulcanization of polyvinyl chloride impregnation paste. It has the characteristics of high strength, large transport capacity, balanced transport, flame retardant, antistatic, impact resistant, wear resistant, corrosion resistant and other properties, and implements MT914-2002 standard.
Classification of mining flame retardant conveyor belt:
According to the different types of covering rubber, mining flame retardant conveyor belt can be divided into PVC whole core flame retardant conveyor belt and PVG whole core flame retardant conveyor belt.
The upper and lower covering rubber of PVC whole core flame retardant conveyor belt are PVC covering rubber, and the single-sided rubber is ≥1mm. The upper and lower covering layers of PVG flame retardant conveyor belt are both nitrile rubber and PVC, and the single-sided thickness is 1.5mm-4.5mm. Both can be used for transportation above and below the coal mine.
PVC whole core flame retardant conveyor belt is suitable for material transportation under dry conditions with an inclination of less than 16 degrees.
PVG whole core flame retardant conveyor belt is suitable for conveying wet and watery materials with an inclination angle of less than 20 degrees.
