Tension adjustment:

The tension of the fireproof conveyor belt is also a key point. Too tight will increase the wear of the belt and the load of the motor, and too loose will cause the belt to slip and deviate. By adjusting the tensioning device, the conveyor belt can run stably when it is empty and fully loaded.

Waterproof and moisture-proof: 

Conveyor belts working in humid environments must strengthen waterproof and moisture-proof measures, such as installing rain covers and adding drainage facilities to prevent moisture from invading and causing belt aging and mold.
